Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Consultant to be employed in our Milan office. Digital Consultant will support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution. You willPlan, manage, optimize programmatic campaignsPlan and manage paid search (AdWords, Bing, etc), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and display performance campaigns (networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting, etc) including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors, search and social account set up, keyword list, copy creation, daily optimisations, reportingAssist with client interactions including reporting, meetings, QBRs as neededAlways maintain a strong focus on clients' KPIs and is eager to find ways to meet targetsBe in charge of liaising with the client on all digital activities and trendsEnsure best practice and innovation in all activitiesSupport digital leader / partner in managing and coordinating the teamBuild strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teamsQualifications2+ years of experience in digital campaigns managementExcellent knowledge of DSPs (DV360, Adform)Excellent knowledge of search and social adv platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter)Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologiesExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Knowledge of conversion optimization practicesFamiliarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologiesAnalytical mindset and financial acumenGood level of English language, both written and oralExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceEffective time management and project management skills? Team working and collaborative attitudeIf necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesAdditional InformationWe work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
