BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Digital Content & Experience Manager has a direct impact on how our customers value the Zegna brand online and its service offerings.
He/She will be the most senior point person between Brand Marketing, content creation, and digital, managing the end-to-end digital content process from pitch to publishing, implementing efficiencies in processes, developing, optimizing, and overseeing the Zegna digital content calendar.
By leading the development and delivery of a luxury digital experience with an excellent level of craft, blending innovation and commercial acumen, the Digital Content & Experience Manager will lead the evolution of zegna.com and other connected digital touchpoints.

In this role, you will:
Be responsible for SEO strategy and execution, coordinating the partner agency to maximize organic traffic performance and web core vitals. Define digital content briefs for both in-season content and ad hoc projects for the Content Factory team, provide structured feedback on qualitative output received, and run quarterly planning in alignment with the Digital Merchandising team. Connect the dots in cross-functional innovation projects to elevate the digital customer experience. Be responsible for zegna.com internal search strategy and optimization. Lead the UX/UI roadmap for zegna.com and work closely with the Analytics/CRO team to constantly optimize the conversion funnel and A/B test content. For this role, we're looking for someone with:
At least 5 years of experience in content process design and project management in a digital environment (content management, SEO, and localization flows). A university degree with specialization in digital. Digital-minded without reluctance towards the technical aspects of the customer journeys. Analytical skills and conceptual insight combined with a can-do attitude. Ability to work in a structured and planned manner and take decisions within the boundaries of his/her role. Experience working together in a team with colleagues having different expertise. Professional experience in a large international organization is a plus. AEM and Target proficiency – nice to have. Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Basic understanding of HTML. Basic Photoshop and Adobe XD skills. Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive decisions.
