The Empacter Employment Agency is looking for a **Digital Content Editor** for a well-known Tuscan brand in the Beauty sector.

The headquarter is in Empolese Valdelsa Area.

**Posizione**:

**Position Mission

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager he/she is responsible for managing the online content establishing the brand value proposition and the execution of communication activities.

We seek for an enthusiast English-speaking content marketer, capable to deliver marketing content to increase brand awareness and community expansion.

**He/she will**:

- create content communication materials across all touch points, both offline and online

- cooperate with Export Sales Team & Product Marketing Team to execute relevant comms initiatives to support new product launches and special promo ensuring impactful ideas and content.

- Manage lead generation and brand activation campaigns to properly connect products and community, according to the company priorities and budget.

**Tasks**:

- Participate in the definition of the multi-channel online and offline communication strategy;

- Implement a communication plan to scale up all Company brands in the foreign market in direct contact with the sales team;

- Realize community driven activities to accelerate new customer acquisition and expand the organic brand fan base (ADV, database & workflows management and more);

- Create, translate, adapt content to ensure the best-in-class execution of the editorial plan on digital (newsletters, social media, websites) and analogic (flyers, brochures etc. )

**Requirements**:

- Fluent written and speaking English (additional language is a plus);

- Content creation | Copy-writing experience (beauty/fashion sectors is a plus);

- Excellent interpersonal skills / Team player / Enthusiastic and Creative.
