Digital Copywriter
The Digital Copywriter will work in the Digital team in the areas of Website, Social Media, Digital Paid Media, and collaborate with Omnichannel Team in the areas of Newsletter, Product Descriptions and 1 to 1 Clienteling Tools.
This role will create the new digital tone of voice guidelines for all digital touchpoints and will work very closely with the Communication Department.
**Main responsibilities
- Shape Fendi's digital tone of voice, guaranteeing an overall cohesive tone of voice across all digital & omnichannel communications
- Lead and deliver copy across all global digital channels to strict publishing deadlines
- Manage the copy creative process from briefs, brainstorms, and copy creation, to editing and proofreading to ensure consistency across all channels
- Create copy that are engaging, on-brand and high-performing, driving differentiation to build brand awareness across multiple channels
- Define collections glossary aligned with Communication and Product teams
- Develop copy for website, social media channels and paid digital media, newsletters
- Develop guidelines for Ecommerce and CRM activities
- Brief and lead external copy agencies to write e-commerce product description
- Brief and lead copy agencies for adaptation on different digital touchpoints when needed
- Manage the copy workflow from ideation to go live
- Consult with Communication and Product teams to ensure alignment on brand and product narrative
- Ensure all copy is SEO friendly
- Manage translation agency and build a structured flow to ensure quality and delivery on time
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ideate new creative concepts and evolve our brand's differentiation
**Profile**:
- English mother-tongue with fluent Italian
- Great communicative person with strong teamwork abilities
- Social Media and digital experienced
- Deep understanding and passionate of luxury/fashion business
- Detail-oriented
- Equally comfortable writing a project description, social post, 'about us' page or product description
- Strategic thinking: know both what to write, and why you're writing it
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and track activities
- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
