ABOUT THE JOB

Map, upgrade and enrich the customer experience in digital tools, and monitor branding activities.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

DIGITAL TOOL EXPERIENCE

- Support Marketing Business Area Food with QR codes generation.

- Support Marketing Business Area Food with Configurators and Calculators users' registration process (inform how-to and accelerate).

- Support the external supplier in collect and organize material for configurator/calculator/needs matchers).

- To upgrade and enrich the customer experience, test the changes/releases for the several tools and cooperate with an external supplier to address the improvements.

- Weekly follow up on key sales tools.

Track activities and keep align the full team with delivery times: configurators, calculators, needs matcher, SalesApp, Digital Platform, and others.

- Check, collect and report issues on dashboards.

Update monthly metrics for Marketing Business Area Food (in PPT).

- Customer Journey mapping

BRANDING

- Mapping Dealers website branding

- Sustainability communication project

ABOUT YOU

- University degree in Digital Marketing/Economics & Management

- Digital thinking is essential.
