Digital Customer Success Specialist (m/f) Bayer CropScience srl is looking for a brilliant and motivated Digital Customer Success Specialist to join the Customer Support team.
He/she will be responsible for driving customer success with Climate FieldView and other DNV solutions by providing strong customer support for all customer queries, recommendations on product usage, data ingest support and training on Climate FieldView and other DNV solutions platform features. The scope of the role will increase customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and expansion of the Digital Farming Solutions footprint.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gain proficiency in all Climate FieldView product functionality, learning about features, benefits and how they add value to our customers operations. Represent Climate FieldView and other digital solutions to our customers in a professional manner consistent with our brand. Drive success for our customers and ensure a positive customer experience by providing first class support and provide training/recommendations on product usage and new features. Coach and guide customers to engage with the Climate FieldView and other digital products along the customer journey, enabling them to maximise their value from the platform (over the phone or in the field). Provide first line of technical support to customers and follow escalation procedures as required. Resolve technical issues on site for all other customers as required. Log all inbound and outbound requests in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting of volume and documentation of issues. Serve as the voice of the customer and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the Climate FieldView and other digital farming solutions platforms. Identify opportunities to improve/optimise customer support operations and tools. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or related field. At least 1 year experience in support and/or account management and knowledge in the agricultural industry. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills with a passion for customer interaction. Organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy of information and deadlines. Competence to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to build strong relationships over the phone. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Residence or domicile in Northern Italy, Milan is preferred. Excellent Knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue. Location: Milan/Hybrid
