**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

We are looking for a **_Digital Editor Specialist_** to join our Team of Web & Social Content

He/She will be involved in the following responsibilities:

- Content Creation:_

- Develop and curate visually appealing and engaging content tailored for different social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok;

- Collaborate with the creative team to design graphics, edit photos, and produce multimedia content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.

- Social Media Management:_

- Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement;

- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance;

- chedule and publish content across various platforms using social media management tools.

- Copywriting:_

- Craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging;

- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards, paying attention to grammar, style, and tone.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices;

- Proficient in graphic design tools (e. g. , Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;

- English (full work proficiency), French (good work proficiency);

- Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Canva;

- Proven experience as a Digital Content Editor or similar role, with a focus on social media;

- Experience in Sport Content Creation is a plus.
