For our business in** The EMEA Zone** we are looking for an** Industry Manager Digital Enterprise Complex Manufacturing **to join the Digital Enterprise NeXt team.

This position will drive the development of the A&D Vertical and the Digital Enterprise approach within the EMEA region in general with responsibility to:

- Study the market for upcoming trends and position them in the vertical narrative

- Understand how disruptive technologies impact our customers and articulate the opportunity that digitalization provides

- Ideate future oriented integrated concepts for the technical value chain of single customers as well as for the future cross-company A&D Ecosystem

- Align the direction of each Business Unit within DI to a unique digital narrative and to evangelize this message in the A&D and EMEA market

- Distill the full digitalization portfolio of DI into a comprehensive A&D Solution Map and Digital Threads documented in Solution Link in order to cover the full customer journey from presales, consulting, implementation and optimization

- Lead a the development and continuous improvement of a Complex Manufacturing Demonstration Scenario that combines existing and future technologies to show the Art of the Possible.

- Develop and nurture a network within the EMEA region to drive the Digital Enterprise in the market and with our customers

**Who would we like to meet?

As a Digital Enterprise Industry Manager you should have:

- Degree or master's degree in engineering or Scientific discipline

- Long-term experience in discrete manufacturing industries preferably with a strong focus on the A&D industry and a business development attitude based on a proven technical track record

- Strong knowledge in industrial software (PLM, MOM, ), industrial automation (Simatic, Sinumerik, ) and IoT / ML / Analytics domains

- Fluency in English; a good working knowledge of at least one other language would be an asset

- Availability to travel regularly and to work abroad for short periods

- Capability of thinking in terms of cross-domain processes and along Customer Value chains

- Willingness to let go of traditional business biases

- Consulting-like ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
