We are now looking for a DXP SERIVICE SPECIALIST, based in our HQ in Milan (Hybrid).

The mission of the role is to support the Chief Brand Officer Team and the Ecommerce team to guarantee the best execution in branding and experience related activities, supported in a flexible way by 3rd party outsourcers.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Manage and develop a strategy of best governance the daily activities in DXP and Martech for service team

Coordinate and support the upload of contents on CMS and set up of editorial and ecommerce pages

Manage and organize the demand of the activities related to the perimeter

Act as a facilitator between different teams and business lines for the given perimeter and to develop and optimize company goals

Manage the 3rd party outsourcer working with and for the team

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

At least 2-3 years experience in similar roles

Good Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager

Good understanding of the different DXP and Martech technologies

Strong understanding of current e-commerce/omnichannel trends and best practices in daily management

Ability to gather and understand issues and enhancements requests across markets and to support prioritization and address to IT and digital solutions teams

Understanding of both technical and business language in order to dialogue with all department involved and external suppliers

Good knowledge of modern Digital Asset Management platforms and practices will be a plus

Ability to interact with different professional profiles, from business to technical teams

Sensitivity for users needs

Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Knowledge, curiosity and passion about technology and digital environments

Fluent English and Italian
