**OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
**THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Go to Market Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to generate revenue growth, while ensuring solid governance across channels and teams.
The scope covers B2C ecommerce, marketplaces and other digital partners, all of which being key growth area of the company.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as ecommerce, sales, marketing, finance and operations to create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with finance and digital leadership in setting targets
- Create, implement and drive governance structure for go to market
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities across channels
- Develop channel strategies to optimise revenue and profitable growth
- Act on insights around customer needs, preferences, and market trends
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, market share, and consumer satisfaction to measure the success of the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Manage external relationships to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success
WHO ARE YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ideating and managing governance structures
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of distribution management, sales, business models and marketing principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and product pricing strategies
