Milan, Cremona or remote**:We're looking for an experienced **Digital Graphic Designer** that will join the Marketing Team and will be responsible for creating outstanding graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and templates.

**Your Impact**:

As a **Digital Graphic Designer**, reporting directly to the **Associate Creative Director**, you will be a key part of the team that wants to improve MailUp's visual communication and performances online and offline.

You will be a highly creative designer who can craft high-quality final graphics and layouts that are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Your core responsibilities will be**:

- the steps of the design process from the first draft of the concept, after the stakeholder definition, to the final deliverables (mockups, illustrations, and possible prototypes) in order to improve user experiences and conversion performances

- Maintenance and development of pattern library and design system according to MailUp brand identity

- All steps of the video production process (both live-action and motion graphics) from concept to recording and editing

**Technical Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer

- Great creativity and strong design skills

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Sketch/Figma, Photoshop and InDesign)

- Animation (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect) and video production skills, including knowledge of a basic shooting equipment

- Mastery of the fundamentals of web development HTML, CSS

- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Hubspot and content management systems is a plus

- Proven experience in visual design and UI design with a portfolio of projects

- Knowledge of design system methodologies

- Familiarity with design metrics and analytical skills

- Familiarity with Atlassian and Trello

- Understanding of B2B marketing/MarTech environment
