This role focuses on creating compelling visuals that effectively communicate our mission, values, and product to our target audience while ensuring consistency with existing brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts, and experience in designing engaging content for digital platforms.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Part time - 30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities As a Digital Graphic Designer you'll work in the marketing team to support in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

In particular, you will:  Design and produce high-quality visuals, such as social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, event collaterals and presentations, ensuring consistency with the company's visual brand identity across channels.

Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs.

Create motion graphics, animations, or interactive media to enhance digital content as needed.

Produce specific digital assets for advertising campaigns on social media channels and Google.

Update and adjust the company's Webflow-built website and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency.

This role values the ability to work with external providers and cross-functional teams, including product marketer and developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sectors.

Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; experience with video editing software (e. g. , After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Strong marketing orientation with a deep understanding of branding and audience engagement, as well as a deep knowledge of social media needs (with a particular focus on LinkedIn).

Fluency in English (written and spoken), as the role involves working in an international environment.

Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for storytelling through design.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in cybersecurity or a related technology field.

Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.

Familiarity with Webflow or other CMS tools for small landing page updates.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with web developers.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web design basics.

Understanding of SEO principles.
