We are looking for a **Digital Health & Innovation Commercial Strategist** to join our team!

As a mid-level **Digital Health & Innovation Commercial Strategist** you will inform, support, and contribute to driving as an expert consultant successful commercial, business and scale-up strategies for our clients
You will be responsible for projects focused on digital health and digital medicines, spanning from strategy definition to implementation.
Combining digital solutions with core assets (pharma or medical devices) to reach a relevant health outcome, defining stand-alone digital technologies, assessing the potential of digital medicines and bringing them to market with an understanding of regulatory requirements, and effectively shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Keeping up to speed with the evolving scenario, developing strategic scenario analysis, literature reviews, business plans, designing and implementing GTM and commercial strategies, performing quantitative analysis, managing clients, and engaging KOLs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and junior team members will be part of your day to day.
**Activities & Main Responsibilities
**Business Planning**:Develop comprehensive business plans for digital health technologies, considering health sector-specific requirements and overall market dynamics, competitive landscape scenario, clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and financial projections.
**Commercial Strategy Development**: Create effective commercial strategies to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and customer adoption of digital health solutions.
Evaluate clinical evidence and workflows, identify key target segments, pricing models, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities.
**Go-to-Market Strategy**:Contribute to the development of effective GTM strategies specific for the health sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
**Quantitative Analysis**: Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate market trends, assess product performance and market potential, measure customer engagement, and identify strategic opportunities.
Knowledge and ability to also carry out health economics analysis is preferable.
**Advisory and client management**: Engage with clients and ecosystem partners to understand needs, opportunities, and build strong relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering competent strategic guidance.
**Presentations and Article Writing**: Produce high-quality narrative and scientific articles and powerpoint presentations in English.
Convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to target audiences, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry stakeholders.
Contribute and lead client and KOL workshops.
**Skills and Competences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, health economics, or a related field.
- A degree in medicine will be considered positively; as sound experience in the healthcare and lifesciences field.
- Proven experience in commercial strategy development within the digital health or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform quantitative analysis, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and, preferably also in Italian, with the ability to write effective powerpoint presentations and narrative and scientific articles.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to client meetings and manage client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Leadership qualities, teamwork and strong collaborative attitude.
- Innovation-driven.
- Knowledge of digital health technologies, healthcare regulations, and industry trends is highly desirable.
- Passion for the dynamic and evolving field of digital medicines
