We are looking for a **Digital Health & Innovation Strategy - Value & Access Internship** to join our HW LABS team.

**Activities & Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for digital heath innovation programs, including digital medicines and digital therapeutics, adopting a focus on integrated strategies for evaluation, access, and adoption.

- Monitor and review the latest relevant policy evolutions internationally and with a specific focus on EU-5 countries, maintaining an updated knowledge of healthcare policy, economic and HTA environment.

- Understand the regulatory processes applied to evaluate and reimburse pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

- Understand and perform epidemiological, health economic and burden of disease analyses to inform strategies.

- Map key stakeholders and identify key opinion leaders to engage in strategic projects.

- Support in the engagement with clients and key opinion leaders across the healthcare ecosystem.

- Support in the planning of strategic high-level events and meetings.

- Analyze and monitor trends, scenarios, policies and unmet needs to inform strategic opportunities and interventions and contribute to publications and presentations.

**Qualifications and Education

- Health economics, health management, social sciences or management engineering is preferred

- Know-how of the Italian health system is preferred

- Know-how in health economics and pricing and reimbursement models for traditional drugs is preferred.

**Skills and Competencies

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and EU-5 health systems

- Abreast with the national economic policies and their impact on the health-care sector

- Right balance of analytical aptitude to comprehend the economic aspects thoroughly

- Excellent research skills and ability to analyze findings to make appropriate use

- Ability to think analytically and strategically

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably, also in Italian

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong orientation to teamwork

- Experience in successful implementation of plans and achievement of objectives

- Ability to handle pressure, complex situations and problem-solving capacity

- Be interested in the health sector and in the analysis and understanding of its multi-faceted components and diversified stakeholders

- Be able to analyze quantitative and qualitative information, extrapolating key aspects and insights

- Study, analyze and monitor policies, trends, strategies, scenarios especially from a health economics and socio-economics perspective

- Draft powerpoint presentations effectively

- Use Microsoft Excel effectively to draft simple descriptive analysis
