Job Description**:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Drive internal communication, awareness, adoption, and promote further digital health innovations.

- In partnership with the Therapeutic Areas and based on patient unmet needs, think, discover, and advise on digital health services, devices, and solutions.

- Incorporate knowledge of clinical measurements and drive the regulatory submission and pathway.

- Be the go-to expert for digital health, be the primary contact for internal stakeholders such as Medical, Patients Value & Access, Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Communications and Public Affairs.

- Manage relevant internal collaborations (local/global) to support best in class capabilities within medical, R&D, technology, andhealthcare.

- Identify external stakeholder, innovations, technology trends, policy developments and report to the relevant stakeholders.

- Act as an internal champion for digital health solutions and digital projects.

- Ensure close and active collaboration with European and global innovation teams.

- Participate in learning and training programs on digital healthcare and innovative solutions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

1.

Bachelors Degree (preferably in science, engineering, business administration, or similar field)

2.

From 3 to 5 years in a similar role leading Digital Health, Digital/Medical Innovations initiatives and projects

3.

Experience in Pharma or Healthcare or in a IT role would be preferred

6.

Experience with managing international projects preferred

7.

Experience in regulatory submissions and approval of digital health and/or medical devices would be an advantage

8.

Very strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication and presentation skills

9.

Solid analytical and project management skills

10.

Strong team orientation and ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

11.

Self-starter and highly self-motivated personality with a can-do spirit and hands-on execution mentality

12.

Must be willing to travel occasionally.

13.

Has a passion for (digital) healthcare.

14.

Is a trustworthy partner for healthcare professionals.

15.
