HR plays a vital role in digital transformation.

At the same time, and as a consequence of digitalization, HR is evolving with digital tools enabling the human resources department to fulfill its several roles better.

In this scenario we are looking for a JUNIOR DIGITAL HR based in our Italy HQs who will join to our HR Department by supporting all the HR processes both for BATA ITALY and AW LAB.

The junior Digital HR specialist will be involved in the following main activities:

- Find informations of the system

- Organize and manage the meeting with the stakeholders

- Promote the use of systems

**Requisiti**:

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of indian culture is a plus

- English fluent

- Good knowledge of Office Package

- Aptitude for a digital world
