Digital iCargo Application Analyst

We are searching for an experienced Digital iCargo Application Analyst

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

**The position will be localized in Europe (Switzerland, Italy or Germany).

As an iCargo Application Analyst, you will oversee:

**Required Qualifications**:

- In-depth understanding of iCargo functionalities and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization.

- Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external parties for system support.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of the air cargo or logistics industry is required.

- English mandatory, French and/or Italian a plus.

- You are dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment of a startup business.
