- Activities:

Promote and develop the digitization of industrial processes, contributing to the growth of business and internal digital skills

- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies that optimize production processes, improve product quality and reduce production costs

- Define digital skills and supporting production teams in adopting digital systems and processes.

- Act as a link between industrial business processes and digital technologies, with the aim of improving performance and communication between the Digital and Industrial areas

- Planning, developing and validating digital industrial solutions for the 5 plants of the Pharma Division

- Updating production systems by automating mechanical tasks to improve products, optimize costs, and open access to real-time manufacturing information.

**Requirements**:

University Degree and strong experience in Digital fields

Experience of 3-5 years

Expertise on active interfaces

Good understanding of industrial processes

Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, such as MES, data acquisition systems, and data management systems (nice to have)

Process design and optimization

Start -up and entrepreneurial attitude

Ability to grasp opportunities

Project management

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Lean knowledge is a plus
