You will work as an **in-house consultant** working in core projects of Growth & Digital Team.

You will have the opportunity to join a talent program for leadership team, steering key growth projects, defining and executing strategic plans working directly with C-level.

**In particular**:

- You will be support the group in its growth and development

- You will be leading different projects on a variety of topics ranging from new businesses investigation to best-practice sharing across the group to consolidation of the core-business

- You will be working with senior executives and be exposed to different areas of the business and different countries

**Skills & Experience

- Excellent university degree from a leading global educational institution

- MBA is Preferred Qualifications

- 5-7 years of working experience in competitive context

- Positive attitude, goal orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, team player

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Strong Commercial view and business acumen

- Proactive and always willing to offer new suggestions and ideas

- Experience in managing projects and teams

- A sense of humour and ability to be part of the team and spread the company culture
