Working as a Digital MarComm Specialist at Signify is dynamic.

You'll be accountable for gathering, translating, realizing and deploying digital capabilities (platform, process, competence, data).

We are greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We're looking for a Digital MarComm Specialist Intern who'll be responsible for supporting enabling the capabilities in business context of our businesses & markets.

You'll be part of the Signify IIG integrated MarComm team, especial focus on the digital area.

**What you'll do

**OPERATIONAL

**Digital Marketing

- Execute digital plans (Activations of all communications stages, awareness, recommendations and conversions)

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns.

- Support integrated MarCom Head to lead up brand, via thought leadership initiative.

- Optimize, localize and develop the IIG market's digital channels - supporting business objectives.

- Coordinate agencies (media agencies, community management, graphic agencies).

- Tune and roll out Signify corporate asset for contents syndications and digital seeding.

- Monitor SEA, CRM, Analytics and Social Media activation.

- Providing brand consistency: brand guidelines and assets.

- Be proactive in searching new digital solutions (tools, marketplace, digital trends).

- Support local lead nurturing process with dedicated sales/marketing handover support.

- Delivering reports for marketing and sales team.

- Create and nurturing the influencer community.

- Sustain and support all the physical initiative to convey and reinforce via digital interaction: phygital activation.

- New products encoding for digital management & accuracy of PDPs (Product detail pages)

- Benchmarking and competitor analysis

- CRM and direct marketing activities

- Proactivity in proposing digital activations (ex.

Promotions or new channels)

- Campaign ROI/ CPC/ CPM assessments and evaluation.

FINANCIAL

- Drive impact with digital campaigns & optimizing digital channels to drive leads & sales volume

CUSTOMER

- Interpret gathered local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize the customer experience

- Data analysis

PEOPLE

- Be an excellent team player is a must.

- Continuous relationship and feedbacks with global organization

- Act as digital ambassador (change agent) as part of the Digital team

**What you'll need

- A degree in marketing/ communication/ digital.

- Outstanding communication skills

- Project management skills

- Knowledge of social media and digital content management.

- Data-oriented and analytical mindset

- High language proficiency in both English and Italian

- You are passionate about working in a Global environment and have an eagerness to collaborate across functions and departments.
