The intern will be part of the Digital Team in Borgosesia (VC) and will support the Digital/Ecommerce team in the delivering projects following the strategies and actions in place.

In particular, the internship will give the possibility to follow, learn and develop the Customer Experience area with particular focus on:

- Benchmarking of competitors and best practices;

- UX/UI Requirements and objective setting;

- Wireframes and prototypes definition with web designers;

- UAT phase;

- Bug reporting and ticket opening;

- A/B Testing;

- Analysis;

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders: IT, CRM, Graphic designers, agencies, etc.

- Digital Merchandising: product upload and ranking, product assortment display and on-site search, interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- You completed / are completing a Master's Degree in Management, Digital, Business or similar;

- You are Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written);

- You are proactive, a real problem solver, which carries out tasks with precision and loves to work in team and has powerful communication skills;

- Strong interest in the Digital & Ecommerce world, any previous experiences/projects related to the listed fields will be considered as a plus;

- Strong passion for the luxury and fashion world.
