Then, with over 5, 000 dreamers around the world, Starcom is the right agency for you!ResponsibilitiesMulticountry Responsible for the project. Build strong digital strategies to meet client's goals. Analyze performance to provide proactive insights useful for activities' optimization and business growth. Monitor new trends and new media possibilities to suggest new test activation to the client. Suggest budget allocation in line with sales forecast. Oversee ecommerce activities, both media and retail, leading a team of 4 specialists. Collaborate with other internal teams, local and global, to define an integrated media strategy. QualificationsIf in your past experience:5+ years of experience in digital performance media as senior biddable, performance marketing, or similar role. Managerial experience. Good knowledge of the main paid advertising platforms (Google ADS, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Programmatic DSP, Sponsored Ads). Knowledge of Amazon ecosystem including the retail part will be considered a plus (Vendor/Seller Central Platform). Amazon certifications will be considered a plus. Ability to plan, organize, manage time and prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
