The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the

Performance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a

point of escalation as needed.

Job Description:You will:

Work closely with Head of Performance, developing and evangelizing overall strategy and

approach;Typically work on multiple, large or complex clients and develop overall strategy and

goals for the team;Manage team and lead recruiting efforts for assigned roles.

Own the team

development process to train and develop team abilities;Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients' needs, leading

brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing;Proactively look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches

that will contribute to the clients' success;Manage and maintain client relationships and be the main point of escalation for client

issues. Requirements:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields;5+ years of experience in PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and knowledge of how to scale each channel;Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;Proven analytical and quantitative ability;Problem-solving and data-centric approach;Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills;High attention to detail;Ability to work within strict deadlines;Interest in digital technology and experience using the latest marketing stack tools;Effective time management;Strong strategic thinking;Teamwork and collaborative attitude;Autonomy and self-motivation;Excellent knowledge of the English language.
