? , ? ? ? , Job Description:You will:Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach;Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team;Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles.

Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities;Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients' needs, leading brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing;Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients' success;Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues. Requirements:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields;+5 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;Proven analytical and quantitative ability;Problem solving and data centric approach;Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills;High attention to detail;Ability to work within strict deadlines;Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools;Effective time management;Strong strategic thinking;Team working and collaborative attitude;Autonomy and self-motivation;Excellent knowledge of English language.
