The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across thePerformance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as apoint of escalation as needed. Job Description:You will:Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelizes overall strategy andapproach;Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy andgoals for the team;Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles.

Owns the teamdevelopment process to train and develop team abilities;Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients' needs, leading brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing;Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approachesthat will contribute to the clients' success;Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for clientissues. Requirements:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields;+5 years of experience in PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;Proven analytical and quantitative ability;Problem solving and data centric approach;Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills;High attention to detail;Ability to work within strict deadlines;Interested in digital technology and has experience using the latest marketing stack tools;Effective time management;Strong strategic thinking;Team working and collaborative attitude;Autonomy and self-motivation;Excellent knowledge of the English language.
