**WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**Instructional Designer

to design and storyboard high-level e-learning content based on business and learning needs.

The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Requisiti

- Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.

- Experience making e-learning exciting, fun and social.

- Experience with current and emerging adult learning theory and how it is put into practice in corporate learning.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.

- Conceive, design, and develop training programs and materials utilizing the latest instructional and delivery methods.

- Excellent written and verbal Italian skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English skills.

(Preferably English mother tongue or bilingual)

- Good knowledge of Articulate and/or other e-learning authoring tools.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €28. 000, 00 - €32. 000, 00 al mese
