All this happens thanks to our Product team!

The Product team is now busy thinking and crafting new digital financial products that have one simple and ambitious objective: make the lives of SME entrepreneurs and managers much easier via digital financial products.

In this context we're looking for a Digital Lending Analyst to come help the team in surfacing client needs and in coordinating the development of solutions.

You'll join a cross-functional Product team, working alongside senior Product Managers, tech developers and UX professionals.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Engage with our clients and with internal stakeholders (e. g.

CRM, Marketing, Lending, . . . ) to surface and understand their needs, use cases, priorities

- Study the ecosystem: what is competition up?

What are the implications for us?

What ideas does this study trigger?

- Leverage the understanding you've gathered to think up tangible solutions

- Gather buy-in.

Once you've translated your insights in solutions you'll test these solutions with all stakeholders to gather their feedback, fine-tune and/or validate your idea

- Translate the solutions into actionable features for the Tech developers

- Prioritise and plan development activities, together with the team

- Monitor metrics.

- Ensure everything runs smoothly, e. g.

documentation is updated, stakeholders are happy, the team is happy

**Requirements**:

- Around 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in fintech start-ups (as underwriter, junior Product Manager) or management consulting serving financial institutions (as Business Analyst/ Associate)

- A passion for understanding the impact of innovation and how the fintech industry can both grow exponentially and make life easier for SME entrepreneurs and managers

- Analytical approach, at ease using large Databases, able to take data-driven decisions

- Empathy and listening skills: you'll interact with lots of stakeholders and your objective is to cater to all their needs!
