Digital Manager
About the Company: ARAV SRL, a leading company in the fashion industry with over 20 years of presence in the market and owner of renowned brands such as SILVIAN HEACH and JOHN RICHMOND, is looking for a Digital Manager for its Milan headquarters.
About the Role: The Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the company's global online business, overseeing and optimizing the performance of the institutional e-commerce platform, marketplaces, and any other digital sales channels.
They will also be in charge of the strategy and execution of Digital Marketing activities with the goal of increasing sales, traffic, and brand awareness on an international scale.
Responsibilities: - Define and implement the strategy for the growth of the company's global e-commerce business.
- Manage and optimize major marketplaces (Farfetch, Amazon, Zalando, etc. )
and other digital sales channels.
- Coordinate Digital Marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and digital metrics to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (IT, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing Agencies) to ensure the seamless operation of digital platforms.
- Monitor the market, digital trends, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve the digital strategy.
- Manage the allocated budget for digital activities and ensure maximum ROI from marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital initiatives.
Qualifications: Education details Required Skills: - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of online sales dynamics, both through direct e-commerce and marketplaces.
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Automation, etc. ).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, etc. )
and marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc. ).
- Excellent knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
