Digital Manager - Maternity Cover
:
- The Digital Manager is responsible for working alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in coordinating the team resources to implement the strategy of the Village's website and app, keeping them updated in terms of product, promotions, events and local areas of interest.
She/He supports the Marketing team in integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and footfall, growing Fidenza Village's presence and visibility (on owned, paid and social media plus Village).
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team to achieve annual footfall and sales targets by:
- 1 - Web/Online strategy implementation
- Supervise and implement the website maintenance via CMS and updates of contents, projects and partnerships, finding solutions to potential business opportunities.
Promotion of any Village activity coming from all departments: Retail, Marketing, PR/Communications and Tourism
- Work with the central Digital and local Marketing teams to integrate marketing, advertising and PR across all platforms
- Working, together with the central agency, on the SEO optimisation for the website
- Analysis of website traffic and cooperate in the evaluation of campaigns ROI using tools in place such as Google Analytics; optimization of future campaigns as per results of previous campaigns and best practice; reporting of results to central Digital teams
- Co-ordinate and prepare creative and copy for assets translations/adaptations (assets being provided by central Digital team)
- 2 - Paid Media strategy implementation
- Develop and implement, together with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the Media agencies, monthly Media Plan to guarantee the business results of the Village both at domestic and destination level
- Prepare briefs for all the media initiatives to the local and the international Media agencies
- Implement media planning (both digital and offline) to relay local and central campaigns
- Analysis of the media results using tools in place such as Google datastudio, Google Analytics, specific insight tools; optimizing future campaigns as per results of previous campaigns and best practice
- Identify and develop consumer marketing opportunities/initiatives for Italian and foreign customers, and be able to advise on optimizing content
- Managing business development projects (e. g.
augmented reality)
- Grow the customer database through paid media activities at all possible touch points, working in conjunction with the local and the central teams
- 3 - General Admin
- Raise Purchase Orders and receipting
- BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting with regards to website traffic and media management
- Efficient use of analytics to better understand consumer behaviour and target future campaigns
- Strong local and international understanding of media online and offline
- Strong external stakeholder management (dealing with agency's)
- Awareness of SEO (search engine optimisation) and Search campaigns, Google adwords and keyword bidding
- Reporting skills on campaign analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and eye for detail
- Problem-solving
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Able to multi-task and prioritise large volumes of work
- Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken, other languages would be a plus
