What you'll do**:

- Work together with Orchard's distributed artists and labels, providing social media best practices and planning marketing strategies to increase artists fanbase (subscribers/followers) and generating traffic to streaming platforms and presenting reports to the clients

- Execution and coordination of creative and advertising campaigns, coordinating with labels and label managers and working with other internal departments such as design, advertising, digital and retail marketing.

- Monitor trends on social media, be always updated about new digital developments and features and creating a communication flow with labels and label managers

- Develop artists and labels channel strategy on YouTube: content programming, metadata optimization, audience management, and rights management.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications or a related field

- Digital Advertising Expertise: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital advertising across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager is required.

- Digital Marketing Experience: Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Ability to stay up to date with trends and develop creative strategies for our distributed artists and labels

- Analytical & Detail-Oriented Mindset: Passion for data analysis and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Good knowledge of Excel (including formulas, chart creation, and data presentation) is required.

- YouTube Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of channels strategy, optimizations, and rights management.

- Excellent knowledge of Canva for creating assets, visual content and reports

- Highly Advanced Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.

Ability to communicate effectively across all business levels, both internally and externally

- Passionate About Music: A true music enthusiast, connoisseur, and lover, with deep knowledge of the Italian music scene
