The Digital Marketing Assistant intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Travel Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Strategic Growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the internal processes and growth strategies of a leading fintech company, through direct involvement in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, brand visibility control, and the creation of effective content and landing pages.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the Travel Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Strategic Growth to learn marketing and growth strategies, contributing directly to the execution of campaigns and reporting.
- Digital Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on the travel sector.
- Reporting and Budget Management: Produce detailed reports using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to analyze advertising expenses and ROI.
- Brand and Product Visibility: Ensure that the brand and its travel products are optimally presented online, identifying the best visibility opportunities.
- CRM Communications Management: Use CRMs like Hubspot and Braze to manage and optimize communications with customers, including DEMs.
- Content and Landing Page Creation: Design and implement high-performance content for campaigns and develop effective landing pages using NoCode tools.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- Strong interest and passion for digital marketing and the fintech sector.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with senior figures within the organization.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience or familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and BI platforms.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 principles.
- Familiarity with Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator will be considered a plus.
- Creativity and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English. English is mandatory, as much of the reporting is in English.
**Learning Opportunities**:
- Autonomy in the Ideation, Management, and Analysis of Co-Marketing Campaigns
- Objective: Acquire the ability to independently ideate, manage, and analyze co-marketing campaigns, collaborating with external partners to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Path: Through active participation in the planning and execution of campaigns, the intern will learn to define shared marketing objectives, select the most effective communication channels, and measure the impact of campaigns in terms of ROI and brand awareness.
- Development of Complex Analysis and Dashboards with BI Tools
- Objective: Develop advanced skills in using Business Intelligence tools like Google Looker Studio, Amplitude, Hubspot, Quicksight, to create market analyses and complex dashboards that support marketing decisions.
- Path: The intern will be guided in learning best practices for data collection, analysis, and visualization, with the goal of translating large amounts of information into actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Management of a Marketing Budget with a Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) Approach
- Objective: Learn to manage a marketing budget, optimizing expenses and maximizing return on investment through the adoption of a Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) approach.
- Path: Through practical exercises and the supervision of the marketing team, the intern will acquire the skills to efficiently allocate the budget, monitor expenses in relation to the results obtained, and adjust spending strategies in real-time to optimize marketing performance.
