We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Designer with mid-level experience to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creating compelling visuals that communicate our mission, values, and product to our target audience.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Part time - 30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality visuals, including social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns and presentationsCollaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectivesMaintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materialsTranslate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designsCreate motion graphics, animations, or interactive media to enhance digital content as neededWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketer and developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and visualsStay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and relevanceRequirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sectorsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; experience with video editing software (e. g. , After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plusStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesBasic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with web developersExcellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesA proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for storytelling through designPreferred Qualifications Experience working in cybersecurity or a related technology fieldFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or CanvaKnowledge of HTML/CSS or other web design basicsUnderstanding of SEO principles as they relate to visual contentBenefits Hybrid or remote job.
