As we continue our growth trajectory, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in our marketing efforts.
This position will temporarily cover both offline and online marketing responsibilities during the absence of our Marketing Manager and transition into a dedicated digital marketing role upon their return.
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will initially oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities (online and offline) to maintain seamless operations.
Post-transition, the role will focus exclusively on designing and implementing advanced digital marketing strategies to amplify Sirvis's online presence and drive engagement with our platform.
This role will require strong expertise in digital tools, data analytics, and online campaigns while supporting offline marketing activities as needed.
Mobility for fieldwork and events is essential.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Digital Marketing Strategy Development (Core Focus): Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to increase platform visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, PPC campaigns, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Oversee website content, banners, campaign pages, and optimization for user experience (UX).
Drive CRM initiatives, including automated campaigns, segmented offers, and consent management.
Leverage analytics tools to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
Build and execute loyalty programs, digital retention plans, and omnichannel lead management.
Collaborate on eCommerce strategies and content planning across digital channels.

Fieldwork Partner Engagement: Visit wholesalers (WHS) and key CPG partners to understand and support their marketing strategies.
Gather insights on buyer and seller needs to inform platform and marketing improvements.
Participate in industry events to promote awareness and establish relationships with stakeholders.

Brand Development Management: Strengthen the Sirvis brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications.
Develop messaging that resonates with both digital and offline audiences.
Monitor brand perception and identify opportunities to improve brand equity.
4.
Collaboration Leadership: Work cross-functionally with teams in Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Manage relationships with external digital agencies and service providers.
Lead marketing team members in digital upskilling and knowledge sharing.
5.
Transition Planning: Develop a roadmap for the division of marketing responsibilities upon the Marketing Manager's return.
Facilitate a smooth handover of offline activities and focus on scaling digital initiatives.
Ideal Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or B2B2C channels, with exposure to FMCG/HoReCa sectors.
Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Experience in offline marketing campaigns (events, print, trade shows).
Strong skills in UX/UI, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven decision-making with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Familiarity with marketing budget management and ROI tracking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase in digital lead generation (MQLs).
Improvements in CAC, CLV, and ROMI.
Growth in website engagement metrics (traffic, conversion rates).
Successful execution of offline campaigns during transition.
Positive partner and stakeholder feedback.
