Job Aims: A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing and managing online marketing campaigns and website to promote a company's products or services.
Moreover, one of the main goals will be to optimize the CRM management and implement strategies and best practices.
This role involves working across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
This position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual eager to contribute to a company's online presence and growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with other departments to maintain a cohesive brand voice and strategic approach.
The candidate will be Milan based.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or any study title in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot. Knowledge of CRM, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Creative and innovative thinking. Italian speaking, mandatory knowledge of English language. Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Execution: Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as website, search engines, and email.
Ensure campaigns align with the company's overall marketing strategy, budget & Digital Marketing Manager's indications. CRM: Management of CRM activities, for implementation of best practices and better usage.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize strategies aiming incremental revenue. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive organic traffic. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Track and adjust campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Content Creation: Create engaging content for websites, online marketing campaigns, DEMs, e-commerce, and email marketing.
Work with designers, graphic and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content. Local Campaigns Management: Develop and schedule local marketing campaigns on Facebook to increase ancillary revenue incomes.
Monitor results and adjust where needed. Newsletters/DEMs: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to improve performance. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytic tools to monitor campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports on KPIs and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for new campaigns and innovative strategies. Personal Competencies: Plans, organizes, and uses a systematic approach to get things done.
