Digital Marketing Manager
Profile Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within our EMEA marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the EMEA region that align with our broader marketing objectives and business goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset combined with strong technical and creative skills to drive our digital presence, lead generation efforts, and e-commerce performance and support sales enablement across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the group's digital marketing strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with overall marketing objectives and business requirements Conceptualize, plan, and execute targeted digital campaigns across various platforms and channels Manage and regularly update all company websites within the group's portfolio Lead the digital lead generation process, including capturing, qualifying, and managing leads within our CRM system Manage the company's e-commerce platform, optimizing product listings, user experience, and conversion rates Support and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for dealer e-commerce platforms to ensure consistent brand representation and maximize sales performance Oversee external creative agencies and contractors involved in digital content creation and delivery Collaborate closely with regional Marketing Managers and Product Managers to develop effective digital campaigns and content Support the development of digital sales tools and enablement materials to enhance sales effectiveness across various channels Monitor digital marketing and e-commerce performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our digital presence Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within a multinational environment Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing Experience managing website content and development projects Significant experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplace optimization Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and conversion rate optimization techniques Experience supporting dealer/partner e-commerce networks and channel marketing Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management processes Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing and e-commerce analytics tools Excellent project management abilities, including managing external agencies and contractors Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Creative mindset balanced with data-driven decision-making approach Fluent English required; additional European languages highly beneficial Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities Results-oriented with strong attention to detail Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Innovative approach to digital marketing challenges Team player who can also work independently when required
