Digital Marketing Manager
Working with the global marketing organization, you will be responsible for digital marketing and communications activities and become part of South West Europe (SWEU) marketing team.
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Director SWEU and works closely with the local marketing.
You will be based in Italy and can be regularly present at our locations in Milan.
The main objectives of the role are to smoothly plan and execute marketing campaigns in digital to achieve a monthly and annual number of highly qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan data-driven digital campaigns, ensuring a solid lead pipeline for sales
- Multi-channel marketing expertise to develop promotional campaigns
- Coordinate local marketeers on planning local, Regional and Global campaigns
- Calculating accurate marketing budgets for each campaign
- Excellent knowledge and experience implementing SEO, SEA, SMO
- Monitoring and reporting of campaign KPIs
- Content marketing knowledge with a focus on storytelling (e. g.
videos, animations, white papers, social media posts, customer stories)
Marketing Planning
- Data-based reporting based on HubSpot and Salesforce marketing and CRM tools
- Project management and management of external agencies (e. g.
Google Ads, telemarketing)
- Responsibility for the digital marketing budget optimized allocation
Ihr Profil
Your Profile
- University degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Marketing Management
- At least 7-9 years of professional experience in the digital marketing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
- Excellent project management skills required
- Profound user knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Semrush required
- You live in Italy and can be present at our location in Milan
- Excellent communication skills and convincing presentation and project management skills
- High level of self-motivation, self-organization paired with a goal and results-oriented approach
- Curious, team-oriented and empathic
- English - at C2 level
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics / intralogistics is an advantage
