We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our brand visibility and drive engagement through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Email marketing strategy: plan and execute targeted email campaigns by working side by side with our graphic department, optimizing content design to enhance engagement and conversion rates while ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Social Media Management : Oversee content planning and scheduling in collaboration with our external agency, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Creative & Event Marketing: Work closely with the design team and event manager to execute Digital marketing campaigns related to company events and initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insights, and optimize digital marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions Paid Advertising: Assist in managing Google Ads and Social Media Ads, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI (experience in this area is a plus!).
Assist in planning and executing webinars , including coordination with speakers and technical setup.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For Digital Marketing Expertise: Previous experience in email marketing tools ( ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar ), social media platforms, and content scheduling.
Social media platform: Previous experience with organic management platforms for the main social media channels (FB, IG, and LinkedIn) and with scial media advertising management platforms is appreciated.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse marketing metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Tech-Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus).
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Fluent in English: (Additional language skills are a plus!)
Preferred Background: Experience in the tourism industry or B2B marketing is highly valued.
