Digital Marketing Manager
Profile OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within our EMEA marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the EMEA region that align with our broader marketing objectives and business goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset combined with strong technical and creative skills to drive our digital presence, lead generation efforts, and e-commerce performance and support sales enablement across multiple markets. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the group's digital marketing strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with overall marketing objectives and business requirementsConceptualize, plan, and execute targeted digital campaigns across various platforms and channelsManage and regularly update all company websites within the group's portfolioLead the digital lead generation process, including capturing, qualifying, and managing leads within our CRM systemManage the company's e-commerce platform, optimizing product listings, user experience, and conversion ratesSupport and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for dealer e-commerce platforms to ensure consistent brand representation and maximize sales performanceOversee external creative agencies and contractors involved in digital content creation and deliveryCollaborate closely with regional Marketing Managers and Product Managers to develop effective digital campaigns and contentSupport the development of digital sales tools and enablement materials to enhance sales effectiveness across various channelsMonitor digital marketing and e-commerce performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectivenessStay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our digital presenceRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within a multinational environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketingExperience managing website content and development projectsSignificant experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplace optimizationKnowledge of e-commerce best practices and conversion rate optimization techniquesExperience supporting dealer/partner e-commerce networks and channel marketingProficiency with CRM systems and lead management processesDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing and e-commerce analytics toolsExcellent project management abilities, including managing external agencies and contractorsOutstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsCreative mindset balanced with data-driven decision-making approachFluent English required; additional European languages highly beneficialPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilitiesResults-oriented with strong attention to detailAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentInnovative approach to digital marketing challengesTeam player who can also work independently when required
