Digital Marketing Manager
Le Silla is an Italian shoes house founded in 1994. The brand creates colllections of luxury lady shoes basicallwith high heels, elegant and fashion. Le Silla sells its products through its own Stores Network in Milan, Moscow, Bucarest, Doha and Saigon, a large number of selected boutique all over the world and through the e-commerce section of its website www.lesilla.com. The position is based in Le Silla HQ in Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM). Reporting directly to the Boarding the candidate will coordinate a structured team and will be responsible for all digital marketing and communication activities. Accountabilities: You will oversee and analyse online business operations and drive growth on Marketplace; Responsible for creating and maintaining Commercial calendar merging it with corporate guidelines; Collaborating with Project Management team ensuring the effective implementation of all E-commerce projects ; collaborating in E-commerce roadmap definition, defining projects priorities, defining business requirements and KPIs, following test phase and the post-launch moment; Point of reference in ensuring perfect functioning and always-on improvement of all tools on website and marketplace; Weekly and monthly data monitoring to ensure performance is on track with objectives; strategic insights on zones' and website performance and functionalities; Set and implement the CRM strategy with yearly objectives aimed to recruit, retain and upgrade Le Silla clients' portfolio. Define, negotiate and implement the annual and long-term Marketing e communication strategy. The marketing and the communication strategy shall be well integrated to guarantee a coherent message to reach the company's objectives; Manage the budget for the whole perimeter of responsibility; Craft a robust communication strategy to effectively convey the brand's vision, values, and key messages; Manage promotional activities for all channels including PR and Events; Profile: At least 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar role as a leader of a marketing department within the luxury business or equivalent; Excellent analytical, creative, and leadership skills to support business objectives; E-commerce platform understanding (Magento), technical skills related to website functions; Fluent in English, any other language is considered a plus; Project Management Attitude: Team development & Coaching; Analytical Mindset & Data Driven approach; Innovative spirit;
