***Gewiss is looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) **to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing strategies.
The DMM will lead the team of Digital Marketing and will support the Brand & Digital Director (BDD) in analysing the performance of Digital Communication activities and implementing improvement and corrective actions for the development of the digital strategy.
*** The DMM will be responsible for defining and managing the digital marketing budget.
*** Responsibilities
***:
- **Set the objectives and KPI to be monitored for the implementation of Digital Marketing strategy accordingly with the strategic marketing plan and the BDD indications
***:
- **Plan and coordinate all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, DEM and Marketing Automation, Social Media, websites and analytics
***:
- **Identify trends and insights, and optimize the activities and performance based on them
***:
- **Collaborate with internal teams to create synergy and consistency in all the cross activities and objectives being a promoter and warranter of a coherent Customer Journey experience trough all the touch points
***:
- **Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
***:
- **Deploy and optimize, in the funnel, the digital touchpoints for buyer personas to support the product launches
***:
- **Analyse sentiment and campaigns data to optimize the different digital activities
***:
- **Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
***:
- **Evaluate emerging technologies like AI, Metaverse, AR, and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
***Requisiti
**- **Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or a related field
***:
- **Fluent in English speaking
***:
- **Proven working experience in digital marketing & strategic marketing approach
***:
- **Competences in digital platform technologies for websites, SEO and SEM, nurturing activities and sentiment
***:
- **Highly creative with experience in working on buyer personas and customer journey, identifying behaviours and needs
***:
- **Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
***:
- **Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
***:
- **Experience in managing a team of person and creating an extended team working environment including peers, other teams and international colleagues
***:
- **Good capacity to manage presentations with audience
