Digital Marketing Manager
For our client, a leading European company with a strong presence across multiple industries, we are seeking a professional to join their eCommerce start-up in the Italian B2C market: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER Reporting to the General Manager, you will design and implement the digital marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for both online and offline marketing activities, pivotal to the successful growth of the startup.
Your main responsibilities will focus on: Traffic generation; Customer acquisition; Cost per acquisition (CPA) management; Website customer experience (flow, pages, layout, etc.
); Digital content creation; Performace measurement across all channels (dashboard, analysis, etc.
); Paid / Owed / Earned Media knowledge and management; Digital & content marketing Agencies management.
Requirements for the position: Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing and / or start up; Solid experience of traffic management, marketing and online levers; Experience Paid Search strategy and campaign management (Ad, shopping) ideally for an Agency or for an eCommerce; Ability to investigate large data sets, identify trends and drive insights; Italian and English mandatory.
