**Digital Marketing Manager job description**:
**Objectives of this role**:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Manage performance marketing and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage cross-functional collaborations, cooperating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes.
- Partner with sales and customer care teams to gather customer and market insights to shape outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: stay abreast of the latest web marketing trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
***Required skills and qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a web related field
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong data driven mindset to drive decision making.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and manage a marketing team both in Italian and English.
**Preferred skills and qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- English speaking and writing proficiency
**Nice to have**:
- Established contacts in media
- Experience in offline marketing
