Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our client base and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for orchestrating digital marketing efforts across various channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn outreach and automated email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Outreach: Design and execute integrated marketing strategies, focusing on LinkedIn outreach with personalized messaging to boost brand presence and generate leads.
Content & SEO Management: Lead content creation and SEO strategies to ensure alignment with the company's value proposition and enhance online visibility.
Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Market Analysis & ICP Development: Continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify niche opportunities to align marketing efforts with market demands.
Technical Campaign Support: Oversee technical aspects of campaigns, including email verification and SMTP setup, ensuring seamless execution with partners.
Lead Management: Develop tactics for lead generation and management, integrating effectively with sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and IT teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution across departments.
Requirements & Key Skills:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strategic expertise in B2B and LinkedIn outreach.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong technical skills in email systems, campaign setup, and marketing automation tools.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and leveraging analytics tools for data-driven optimization.
Exceptional copywriting and content strategy development skills.
Proficient in A/B testing and deriving actionable insights from data analysis.
Familiarity with conversion optimization tools like Hotjar and Looker.
