Digital Marketing Mobile Ux
Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Mobile UX to join our eCommerce team.
You will be in charge of analysis and monitoring multichannel customer journey focusing on mobile (web and APP) both from Sales and e-Commerce point of views.
Role and Responsibilities
Conducting quantitative analysis to produce revenue driving insights on web and Shop App.
Support in developing and monitoring data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met
Monitoring both sales kpi and digital marketing kpi in order to improve conversion rate and customer experience, with a mobile first approach
Plan App marketing calendar by year & month aligned with business plan and budget.
Support and boost App discoverability and drive quality users to download, install and engage with the App according with business strategy and KPIs.
Schedule App promotion go live (e. g. , set promotion scheme, budget etc. )
according with commercial strategy plan and align with related teams and people to execute the campaign / promotion.
Audience Targeting : Create audience to manage targeted campaigns and push notification
Work with Global developer team to fixing bug and problems to optimize performance
Work closely with local Sales Manager, Marketing team, Analytics team, Customer Service and Ops team to monitor app performance, KPIs and schelude A/B test
Skills and Qualifications
Proven Experience with Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics tool and Contentsquare.
Proven work experience as a Mobile App responsible to coordinate the whole project.
Proven experience in understanding mobile app customer journey, through a multi-channel experience.
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Ability to perform in a team environment
BSc degree in Economic, Computer Science or relevant field
