Digital Marketing Project Manager - Focus On Parfums
Mission
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Project Manager to develop Digital Marketing Plans focused on the Parfums category.
The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a key member of the Global Operational Marketing team working in close synergy with the Sales and Business Units, other Global Brand and Communication teams.
His/Her mission will be to elevate Brand's on-line user's experience by keep on building one Bulgari on-line presence on E-Retailers and Owned properties, implementing the "Perfect on-line store" strategy focus on Parfums category.
Main Accountabilities:
- Define digital guidelines and follow its implementation, to grant Brand experience on third parties website/platforms (such as TMall) in consistency with the overall Brand strategy and standards
- Support Markets to build up dedicated digital E-Trade plans per each new launch/KCP according to local Launch Calendar, including dedicated promo and activations
- Regular tracking of Performance metrics to be able to intervene and address launches and projects performances in a faster and more performing way, providing reports to internal stakeholders
- Work in synergy with Omnichannel & Digital Teams to curate the Bulgari Parfums digital user's experience, granting marketing plans implementation on digital touchpoints, also scouting for innovative solutions
- Manage the trade communication platforms (i. e.
extranet), granting efficacy and evolution
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience of Digital Marketing or Project Management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast pace environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill sets
- Ability to coordinate several internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of business challenges through relevant job experience
- Specific knowledge of Parfums/Beauty Industry
- Familiarity with Marketing metrics and data visualization tools (i. e.
Power BI)
- Analytical Mindset
- Fluency in Italian and Business English
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Master's or Doctoral degree in Economics, Marketing or Business
- Specific knowledge of China Third Parties tools
- Experience in Luxury and Fashion Industry appreciated
