THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, test and analyze all digital and social activities.

You will respond to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and together will create and manage the digital marketing and social calendar, ensuring it aligns with trading activityWHAT YOU'LL DOWork closely with Retail, Merchandising and Special Projects departments in order to execute the digital marketing calendar and ensure product specific strategies and campaignsSupport paid media planning and performance analysis, and coordinate with different performance marketing agencies to ensure resultsAnalyze digital channels to identify market and product opportunities and assess traffic qualitySupport on social media strategy and executionWork alongside the Content team to create digital content briefs for both internal and external partnersManage newsletter, homepage and push notification workflow and calendar planningSupport the development of new digital marketing channels and managementTakepart, alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, into end-to-end IT-based projects from scoping to launch and post-launch optimizations:

POCs, personalization initiatives, Big Data projectsWHO YOU AREBacelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Communication is preferred2+ years experience in a similar role preferably in a Luxury fashion company or digital agencyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlinesOpen to changes, flexible and proactive attitudeExperience with performance marketing campaigns (Google Adwords, Programmatic, Retargeting/Prospecting, Paid Social)Knowledge of the latest technologies and advertising solutions in the industryTeamworking capabilities, solution and objectives oriented.
