About The TeameBay CBT International Markets team handle buyer marketing across the world in more than 190+ markets and 11 different languages. Our mission is to unlock growth making eBay inventory accessible to global buyers through a consistent shopping experience. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategy and execution of top & mid-funnel campaigns to grow our revenues in selected categories. You will be part of a multifaceted and international team spread across three continents. Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Brand & Focus Categories Lead to develop and implement a strategy to grow key categories. Design media plan to grow consideration and conversion of buyers all over the world in multiple languages (identify the target audiences, select the most relevant digital channels, prioritize the markets and plan according to seasonality). Lead strategic upper- and mid-funnel campaigns (display, video, paid socials, etc. ) from the creative brief to the reporting. Handle relationships with multiple external agencies (creative, digital marketing, media agencies). Implement digital campaigns using marketing platform like Display & Video 360 or Facebook Business Manager. Analyse and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in a very sophisticated and layered environment with different internal tools, critical metrics and multiple partners to reach out. Job Requirements Have bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability in digital marketing or significant experience in Performance Marketing within a consumer facing business Google Marketing Platform (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360) and Facebook Business Manager hands-on experience. Expertise with other marketing platform is considered a plus Proficiency in speaking and writing English is a requirement, knowledge of Chinese, German or Spanish is considered a plus.
