Digital Marketing Specialist*
TOMRA Recycling Sorting designs and manufactures sensor-based sorting technologies for the global recycling and waste management industry to transform resource recovery and create value in waste. Job Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across different digital channels. He/She will be actively supporting the Global Marketing Team in customer-centric projects with a focus on brand awareness, lead generation and brand/product positioning. He/she wears multiple hats and has experience with website content management and different digital marketing tools.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEA, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
Company website management and coordination with other internal departments and external suppliers.
Brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies together with the global marketing team.
Manage and grow TOMRA Recycling Sorting digital presence.
Ensure consistent branding across digital channels in collaboration with TOMRA Group.
Design and execute targeted initiatives to reach audiences through various channels.
Analyze campaign results, conversion rates and website traffic to improve future marketing activities.
Measure and report performance of our website, landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize investments and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize analytical skills to evaluate user experience across multiple channels.
Back-end content management, platform development, deployment testing.
Website optimization for search engines (SEO, SEM) optimizing website pages, building internal and external linking, keywords research for content, etc.
Video channels management and optimization (e. g. , YouTube).
Newsletter setup and distribution, workflows optimization.
Support product launches, campaigns and exhibitions.
Project management support of global projects that impact the whole team such as the Sales and Marketing Meeting, exhibitions, conferences with customers and integrators, marketing campaigns and product launches.
Manage and coordinate marketing students that will support the global team.
Support planning, coordination, analysis, and adaptation of advertising plan and tracking the performance of the ads.
Provide consultancy and support execution of requests from local offices such as digital projects, advertising, webinars, branding and office decoration.
Coordinate with external suppliers such as agencies and freelancers.
Facilitate the development of the Brand Center and marketing server as tools that will promote the value and usability of marketing assets.
Plan and execute, together with product management and Sales, global and local webinars, digital events, and trainings.
Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience working in a marketing position.
Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Other languages are a plus.
Strong time-management, organizational, and project management skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
