Digital Marketing Specialist

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for planning, implementing and managing parts of the Nielsen Digital research panel participant recruitment strategy across several markets.
You will cover a wide variety of duties such as affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, design and analysis of creatives, web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, and keyword strategy.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Partnering with the Recruitment and Research Managers to identify needs and plan strategy accordingly
- Managing Social Media Campaigns, working towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly performing thorough keywords research
- Identifying key SEO KPIs
Prepare and present reports regularly
- Researching, testing and scaling new panelist (customer) acquisition channels, techniques and technologies
- Identifying our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identifying problems and implementing solutions in a timely manner
- Suggesting improvements for process and productivity optimization
- Staying up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
**Role responsibilities**:
Evidence of planning and implementing a successful social media strategy
- Working knowledge of web analytics and web marketing
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams across the organisation and external agencies
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally experience or an interest in Market Research
- Self Starter - this is a role within a team where you will be the specialist
