Participants will aid in developing new solutions and technologies to facilitate the Ariston Group's digitalization across various areas such as sales, services, supply chain, operations, finance, IoT, data management, cyber security, procurement, and quality.

• Be trained on business processes, IT and digital technologies and specific soft skills
• Be supported by a dedicated tutor
